Pure Aims Technologies Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2021 as a spin - off company from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). It started off as a corporate vehicle to commercialize the intellectual properties from the research & development of new technologies and innovations.

Formerly Dean of Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Dr. Abdull Rahim devotes his time in managing and advising Pure Aims Technologies Sdn. Bhd. as the Chairman of the Board. He is currently the fellow of Academy of Science Malaysia (ASM) and formerly appointed by the preceding Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change Malaysia (MESTECC) in 2019 to lead the Scientific Committee for the Sungai Kim-Kim illegal chemical dumping incident investigation and solution.

As the Chief Operations Officer of Pure Aims Technologies Sdn. Bhd., he handles day to day business of operating and maintaining the technologies, including procurement of raw materials and fabricating them. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in the field of Bioscience, he also has experience with Chemistry, formerly working as a chemical analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mohd Hafis is the Chief Technology Officer as well as the company's expert in regards of Geographic Information System (GIS). Having been involved in numerous and extensive research and work on GIS using drone technology, he is among the forefront of his peers in the field. Expert in the use of various drones for mapping and other applications, he leads the company's work in that area.

Within the company she is employed as a Technology Analyst, performing day to day work of improving, recording, and stream lining the methodology of the innovations being carried out in the company.
